A focused, hands-on treatment designed to reduce muscle tension, improve recovery, and relieve soreness or tightness. This session may include deep tissue work, soft tissue release, and cupping if appropriate. Ideal for general maintenance, post-training recovery, or easing specific areas of discomfort. No follow-up or long-term plan included — just effective, targeted treatment to help you feel better.
A one-off personal training session focused on improving movement quality, strength, and control using unconventional tools like clubs, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Ideal if you want to train differently, explore new movement patterns, or experience a more holistic, skill-based approach to strength training. This session is standalone and does not include ongoing coaching or a personalised plan.
