Sometimes you just need a focused session to relieve tension, reduce fatigue, or reset between training blocks. These 60-minute appointments are ideal for sports massage, recovery work, or a quick check-in — no long-term plan required.

This is an 8-week remote programme built for people who want expert help but can’t attend in person. We’ll begin with a virtual consultation to understand your goals, movement history, and current limitations. From there, you’ll receive a tailored plan with one-to-one support.
